New Members- Remy 1st meeting, Angel 1 meeting 1 comp, Tim Burns and Sara Daley both completed their probation and performed tube stance after being voted into club.

We also have credit with Jetstar plus accommodation places at Gold Coast after COVID closed everything down.
General
Lawrie Jarman talked to members about wanting to  get the past members and founding members involved more in club  over 60 years of age,he would like us to think of a name and a special division they could enter where they get a T Shirt and maybe invited to events.Terry said once the club house built we would be able to recognise them better.
Bushy’s wife is currently in hospital in France with cancer and not well, please send him your well wishes they are going through a tough time.
50th anniversary is still going but will be a lot smaller due to current climate.
Remember all committee members to have a blue card including Club Captains.
Bec talked about the media role, we would like all members to send a profile in of themselves, she will post a story on Team App asking for what she would like.
A grant has been submitted for the Live Heats this includes 10comps 6 tablets and a new laptop, we still are going ahead wit it either way in 2021.
Motion 1 Split rounds to be held running Junior below one weekend followed by older members the next week – by Mick seconded Joe votes 16 in favour 7 against 1 abstained, this will be a trial. 
Motion 2 Split rounds to be held in October by Dean seconded Bec vote all in favour.

Well done to all grooms who competed in state titles 
Groms – Lucas Johnston Cale Miller Zac Johnston and Hunter Andersson, congrats to Hunter winning the Qld title in U12 and finished 3rd U14 and picked in Qld Team to compete at Straddie
Juniors -Luca Turney Elijah Magner Tim Bange Caleb Pont and Cam MacDougall with Cam finishing 4th overall in u18 and off to Straddie as well.

AJ had on agenda about future direction of club discussion regarding the team aspect getting everyone together to practice Maybe involving Gym work, this will get the groms ready for the future.
